Filter Coffee

Filter coffee needs to be infused with hot water. The amount used is subjective and depends on individual taste. Ensure the right amount is used, the most common mistake is not using enough quantity of ground coffee.

For best results the coffee should be brewed just off the boil (95-98°C) and should not be left on a warmer for more than 15-20 minutes. Any leftover coffee should be discarded.
